8. Governing Law and Jurisdictional Submission

For the resolution of any legal controversy, the parties agree to be governed by Spanish Law. With express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, the User and Colectivo Interferencias submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Gijón (Asturias, Spain).
